Roof Surgeon have been looking after my roof for a number of years and I had no leaks until Gosolr put the solar panels up. What a disaster! Gosolr made such a mess that Roof Surgeon had a huge job to do to fix it. Roof Surgeon did an amazing job and so quickly and efficiently. I am recommending them to all my friends as well as anyone interested in getting their roof fixed. They are kind, caring and very efficient.

Wish we could make it a 0 star review. The insurance refused to repair our leaking roof after the rainy season, because of the shoddy workmanship done by Roof Surgeon 11 months prior (replaced the roof). Roof Surgeon came with so many excuses, and probably will again on this post. Good luck if you choose to use them.

*Just a follow up on your response to this review, we have since had 3 alternate roof repair companies to come out to quote to fix the problem you caused and all three have agreed with the insurance company that it was terrible workmanship and extremely bad business communication from your side.

Communication with the office was excellent, quick responses to any query or question. Received rapid response for a visit to inspect as well as quote in my inbox. Team was very professional, neat, and left without a trace, except for the through job done to replace tiles and match color paint of all ridges.

We recently used Roof Surgeon for undertile membrane installation, gutter replacement and several other refurbishments. The entire process from initial engagement to project completion was handled with professionalism. Office staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful, the technical advice from the consultants was sound and the workmanship was of a very high standard.

A special thank you to the friendly on-site team, Naas, Emmanuel, Tau and Ndumiso, who went out of their way to meet our specific requests. We highly recommend Roof Surgeon for any roof repair or maintenance work!

I contacted roof surgeon for a quote on roof repairs as the windy storms did a number. The team with the team leader called jason were promptly onsite and got down to business with the repairs.

They attended to all the area's needing attention swiftly and professionally. Im very happy with their service and quality of workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone needing a job done on the roofing structure. Their prices are fare and competitive to other's.
