Roof Surgeon adheres to the Master Builders standards as well as SABS approved supplier regulations, as it is to our benefit to supply our clients with quality workmanship.  Bearing in mind that the correct applications will be applied as well as the drying times for each individual procedure and weather conditions will be strictly ensured by competent and skilled supervisor which will be on site at all times during the project unto completion thereof.

Only the scope of work accepted is guaranteed.

No call out fee will be charged for repairs to be done on jobs still under guarantee, however if a lack of maintenance is the cause of a repair, a call out fee will be charged. If due to the lack of maintenance the work carried out is being damaged, guarantees will be revoked.

If a call out is requested and the repair is not related to the job done (as per the job card) a call out fee will be charged, and a new quotation can be requested. If the new quotation is accepted the call out fee will be waived. If the repair needed is not roofing related it is the client’s responsibility for the findings thereof.

NOTE: Guarantees are only valid if client maintains correctly.

Deposit of 50% on acceptance of order. On completion 50% final payment is due.

ALL materials remain the property of ROOF SURGEON until FULL and FINAL payment has been made on this agreement.

20% surcharge for cancellations.

If conditions of payment are not met all discounts and guarantees given will be revoked, which includes balance due on completion of job, treated as COD.

All unforeseen materials, labour and repairs during the stripping process that are not stated in our quotations will be charged for separately.

Roof Surgeon reserves the right to cancel the agreement.

Our quotation is only valid for 14 days from the date of quote.
